Vehicle Purchase Assistance

We also offer a vehicle purchase assistance program, a program designed to assist people with an automobile purchase.  Buying a vehicle is a difficult process at best.  We take the anxiety out of the purchase.  We can assist in any or all of the purchasing steps:

  • Analyze which vehicle(s), new or used, will best fit your needs.  We objectively analyze your individual needs and come up with a list of vehicle models that will meet those needs.  We will provide you with the pros and cons of each vehicle on the list.
  • Determine what equipment you require/desire on a vehicle.  Most vehicles can be equipped many different ways.  Proper Equipment on a vehicle makes a huge difference in the ability of that vehicle to meet your needs and give you a more satisfying driving experience.  We try to divide the equipment into four categories: must have, would really like to have (but not essential), somewhat important, and donít care.   This is important on both a new and used vehicle search, since vehicles should be ruled out based on equipment on that particular vehicle.  Ordering a vehicle allows us to customize your vehicle to meet your needs (and is frequently less expensive).  We do not sell vehicles, only service and advice.
  • Maximize your rebates and incentives. We will make sure you maximize the rebates and incentives that you receive.
  • Negotiate the best price.  We use our extensive knowledge of vehicle pricing and negotiating strategies to negotiate the best deal possible..  We will negotiate any vehicle any where in the United States.
  • Selling your old vehicle.  The sale or trade-in of your old vehicle can make a huge economic difference on your transaction.  We will assist you with all the alternatives to help you get the best value for your old vehicle.  We may even be able to work out a deal in which you sell your vehicle yourself and get a sales tax credit for the sales price of the used vehicle off of the cost of the replacement vehicle (this option is available in most states).
  • Select the best way to pay for your vehicle.   We will help you analyze the various options for payment and determine which way is best for you.
  • Extended Warranty.  Should you purchase an extended warranty with your vehicle?  Who should this warranty be purchased from?  What warranty length, mileage, and deductible should you decide on?  The answers to these questions vary depending on your particular situation.  If purchasing an extended warranty is right for you, negotiating it at the time of the vehicle purchase gives the buyer much more leverage (and therefore a better price).

These steps will vary based on your individual needs.  In many cases, purchasing a vehicle is actually negotiating multiple separate transactions in one (new vehicle purchase price, trade-in value, financing, and extended warranty).  Pricing for these services will be determined on an individual basis.  Generally, we charge by the hour so we can give you as much or as little assistance as you need.  Most people will save our fees (and more) by getting a better deal on their vehicle and getting a vehicle that better meets their needs.

Our process is very objective since we donít care if you buy a Toyota, VW, Ford, Honda, or any other vehicle.  We want you to buy the vehicle that is right for you.  Many people get emotionally involved in a vehicle purchase and then, after a brief period of time are unhappy with the purchase.  We remove the emotion from the process and make sure you get the right vehicle for you at the right price.
